It is tuned for balanced control, designed to keep stops predictable.
Glass can wear skates faster than cloth. That is normal. We include starter skates and recommend keeping a spare set if you play daily.
Noise depends on skates and desk. The silicone base helps reduce harsh vibration. Fresh PTFE skates and a clean surface usually feel quieter and smoother.
Humidity and skin friction can cause drag. Use an arm sleeve for more consistent glide. One is included.
Wipe with microfiber. For deeper cleaning, use a mild cleaner and avoid abrasive pads.
