Please note that processing time may be longer during product launches, pre order periods, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays, Delivery Issues, and Damaged Items
Shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, local carrier issues, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the parcel, please contact us within 30 days of the marked delivery date.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos or videos so we can review the issue and help with a solution.
