We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review our refund policy below before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at yi@psycommu.com.

If the order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to help cancel it.

If the order has already been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at yi@psycommu.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once we review the case, we will work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Returns for Non Quality Related Reasons

If you would like to return an item for reasons not related to product quality, please contact us first at yi@psycommu.com.

Returns for non quality related reasons may be accepted only if:

  • the item is unused
  • the item is in its original condition
  • the item is returned with the original packaging

In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, or other non refundable costs are not refundable.

Any refund will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Used Products

We do not accept returns of used products for non quality related reasons.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If the tracking status shows that the parcel was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 30 days of the marked delivery date.

We may ask you to contact the local carrier and provide supporting information so an investigation can be started if available.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
