Once your order is submitted and paid, in-stock products are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. For pre-orders or group buys, please check the respective product page for specific ship dates.

Order Tracking

After your keycaps are shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your shipment.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import taxes, customs duties, and VAT vary by country and are not included in your order total. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected upon delivery. Please check your local customs policies for details.

Shipping Restrictions

Some expedited shipping services may not be available to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote regions. If your address is in a restricted area, standard shipping will be used instead.
