Refund & Warranty Policy for keycaps
7‑Day Return & Refund Policy
You may request a return or refund for products purchased directly from PSY Commu within 7 days of delivery for personal reasons (for example, if you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or the product doesn’t fit your needs).
Return conditions:
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and parts included so that it can be resold.
• The return shipping cost and any risk of loss or damage during transit are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will deduct the original shipping fee, a 4% processing fee, and any applicable duties/taxes, and refund the remaining amount to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
Please note:
• If you return items internationally, customs duties charged by your country may not be refundable and could be higher than expected.
• Refund amounts may vary due to currency conversion fees charged by your card issuer; PSY Commu is not responsible for foreign exchange losses.
1‑Year Limited Warranty
PSY Commu offers a 1‑year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship on products and included accessories. Warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase and is non‑transferable. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
If your product has a performance or quality issue not caused by misuse or accidental damage within 7 days of delivery, please contact us immediately. We will, at your choice, provide a replacement or a refund once the issue is verified.
How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim
To start a return, refund, or warranty request:

- Our team will reply with return instructions and the address to ship the item back (if applicable).
Please do not send items back without first getting confirmation and instructions from us.

• Return shipping costs are always paid by the customer unless otherwise specified.
• Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• PSY Commu reserves the right to refuse a return or warranty claim that doesn’t meet the above conditions.
